Rev.
Lisa Graves Lisa came to First Presbyterian
Church Clarkesville on February 14, 2005.
She was born in Germany, but her family immigrated to the U.S. when
she was 7 yrs old. She attended
Nursing School in Chicago, IL (Passavant Hospital,
now Northwestern Memorial). She
received her AD degree from DeKalb Junior College in Clarkston GA and her BA
from National Louis University in Atlanta, GA. She was an RN the first half of
her adult life before going to seminary to answer God's call to be a
pastor. She graduated from Columbia
Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in 1996 and has served as an
ordained pastor since 1999. Lisa is married to Brice and
they have a blended family with 5 grown children and 11 grandchildren. |
